Return Policy
STATUTORY RIGHTS
You have the legal right to return your goods within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The revocation period starts from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.
EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD
In addition to the statutory cool-off period, we offer a voluntary 30-day returns on all items. This extended return period begins from the date you received the items or, in the event of partial deliveries, as of the date you received the last item. At present, we only facilitate returns and do not offer replacements.
HOW TO RETURN GOOD(S)
To return the goods within the statutory period, use the contact form on the website or write us a clear message about your wish to withdraw. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal function (“Withdrawal Button”) provided on our website. To assist us with processing your return, we need the following information:
- Your wish to withdraw from the purchase contract;
- Good(s) ordered, date for the order and order number;
- Your name and email address used to make the order.
After receiving our confirmation, we will provide the return address to you. Please make sure that the goods are carefully packed and use the original packaging, if the packaging is solid and in good condition. If you received your order in several packages and we gave you returns slip for each one, respect this and return the goods in different parcels so that the returns centre can register the returns correctly. Send the return parcel to the address indicated by us.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
REFUNDS
We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. The reimbursement includes the costs of standard delivery, but excludes additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

- Proof of postage; and
- which item(s) you are returning.
